JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts

Greetings one and all! It's another glorious rainy day in Oregon. But no complaints. I get to stay indoors. Warm and dry. Nothing better. Well, some salmon would be nice, but warm and dry is good.

Because of the weather, my human had to get creative again concerning where we would go, but she found a place for us to visit. She has been there before, but it was a new adventure for me. It was JoAnn's Fabrics!

For those of you who don't know, JoAnn's is a craft store. They focus a lot on sewing and quilting, but they have many other craft supplies as well. Boy, was there a variety of things. And arranged in rainbows. So pretty.

They had T-Shirts to customize.

Ribbons, so fun to unwind!

"Chase the tiny balls under the bed" games (so many of them!).

Birds on a string. What colorful birds, and they didn't even fly away!

And yarn. My human makes her's into a ball. That's a lot more fun than these long wads. Balls are sooo much more fun to chase.

I like the blue yarn. Get this one.

l REALLY WANT THIS ONE!!

What else? What else? Oh! Fabric!
They had tons of fabric. We especially noticed all the fabrics with animals on them. There were several foxes,

Porcupines

Turtles

Elephants

Frogs

Pandas

Bees

And one very handsome grey cat (remind you of anyone?)

I enjoyed wandering the aisles, and the staff was great. They said they were pet friendly. They really were. They made a real fuss over me, petting me for quite some time. They said I was the first cat to come into the store. I loved all that attention. I didn't want to leave. Hopefully my human will take me back there sometime.

Until next time, maybe you'll take up a new hobby (JoAnn's has many options). But whatever you do, be safe and keep wandering my friends. Keep wandering.
